Nicole Derderian

Hey! I'm Nicole, a dietitian and coach dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and physique goals. With a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I bring a deep understanding of the science behind food and its impact on our bodies. For over four years, I've had the privilege of coaching clients from diverse backgrounds, guiding them on their journey to better health and wellness. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle, I tailor my approach to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. My coaching philosophy goes beyond just meal plans and exercise routines. I believe in empowering my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable changes that last a lifetime. Through personalized guidance, support, and accountability, I've helped countless individuals transform their lives, one healthy habit at a time.

Kayla Rowell

Hi everyone! My name is Kayla and I am so excited to be part of your health and fitness journey! Fitness has always been a big part of my life; I ran track and cross country all throughout high school and transitioned to weightlifting once I got to college. Since then, I have gotten my Personal Training and Nutrition Coach certifications, and recently graduated with my Masters in Business Management from the University of Michigan. I am currently training for my first bodybuilding show, and am super excited to take my fitness journey to the next level. I typically specialize in clients new to the gym/strength training, body recomposition, and/or hybrid training (running/strength training). I am honored to play a role in your fitness journey, let’s get to work!
